Email signatures for your whole organisation cost at most €0.20 per user per month. That is the starting rate, and it falls the more users you have, and there is only one plan — every feature is included from the first user.
What does it cost for an organisation your size?
The per-user price decreases continuously with the number of users. Here are some typical organisation sizes:

Prices exclude VAT and are billed annually. Prices are shown in euro at a fixed rate of DKK 7.46 per euro; invoices are issued in Danish kroner (DKK). The minimum purchase is 100 licences. Why can it be this inexpensive?
The short answer is that we do not run the expensive part. The signature is inserted in Outlook on the user’s machine, not by a service all your mail has to pass through. So we have no mail infrastructure that scales with your mail volume — and that you ultimately pay for.
On top of that, we build on what you already have. Users and groups come from your own Microsoft 365 and Entra Id rather than being maintained in one more place. That removes a cost on our side and a piece of administration on yours.
Finally, there is only one plan. We do not spend time building, selling and supporting four versions of the same product, and that saving sits in the price rather than in a tier you have to upgrade to.
What you are not paying for
